Do you want a no waiting room service

We have had numerous requests from patients to use the side window.

During the main covid pandemic we used the pharmacy window to give out prescriptions. in the last weeks a significant number of people have asked if they could be served through the window to avoid contact with other patients.

our new system of tracking prescriptions has speeded up the time in the waiting room dramatically and we have had many positive comments about this. But you do have to come inside.

to assess demand we have installed a bell, and we will open the window if this helps some of our patients.
