Welcome to Revel Pharmacy appointment system.
When you press 'book an appointment' it will take you into our appointment system which is run for us by our trusted partners Charac.
This will allow you to book for the service you want and it will also check your eligibility.
The government scheme for pharmacy services places restrictions on what a pharmacist can do. For example, there are age restrictions on some of the services – only people over
40 for BP measurement. Patients with certain health conditions or taking certain medication are also ineligible. Please be clear this is the limitations of the scheme, and government are expected to
change the limitations in the future as experience of the benefits grows. At present, pharmacists have not been connected to the shared medical records and therefore have no access to any records. If the system tells you that you are not eligible for the pharmacy service it does not mean you do not need help. The system is designed to direct people who maybe have more complicated issues or serious illnesses to the doctors. If you feel you need help with your condition you should still call 111 or your GP.

The Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) allows prescribers to send prescriptions electronically to a dispenser, such as a pharmacy, nominated by the patient. This makes the prescribing and dispensing process more efficient and convenient for patients and healthcare workers.
If you collect your repeat prescriptions from your GP you will not have to visit your GP Practice to pick up your paper prescription, saving you time.
Please complete and submit this form to The Revel Pharmacy as an EPS notification. The form is available in PDF format and can be either emailed to pharmacy.fph05@nhs.net or printed and delivered directly to the pharmacy.
The Revel Pharmacy will process and submit this on your behalf.
